At the time his practice had 3 pain management providers, 3 mid-level providers, and 2 locations. Dr. Freeman and his team approached The Macallan Group to bring his vision to life. Fast forward today, and his practice is now the largest multi-specialty Pain, Spine, & Joint medical group in the entire northeast. Through a complete rebrand, high performance marketing, technology upgrades and operational enhancements- Redefine Healthcare was born.

Nevro In 2022 our team partnered with Redefine healthcare and Nevro , one of the worlds leading spinal cord stimulation device companies, to create a high performance direct to consumer marketing program. The Macallan Group deployed a Patient Engagement Center team for all accounts, responsible for booking new patient consults, and managing patients through the workup process or exams required for a SCS procedure. Highly trained scheduling agents provided a white glove service to all patients suffering and provided a hand to hold on to through the whole process.
