The Macallan Group deployed a Patient Engagement Center team, responsible for booking new patient consults, and managing patients through the workup process required for a SCS procedure. Highly trained scheduling agents, and a custom technology solution, provided a white glove service to help patients suffering with neuropathy pain get access to neuromodulation therapy. Technology stacks were developed and implemented to automate lead nurturing, communications, and reminders making sure no patients slip through the cracks through the patient journey.
