Our team partnered with Redefine Healthcare and Nevro, one of the world's leading spinal cord stimulation device companies, to create a high performance direct to consumer marketing program. The Macallan Group deployed a Patient Engagement Center team, responsible for booking new patient consults, and managing patients through the workup process required for a SCS procedure. Highly trained scheduling agents, and a custom technology solution, provided a white glove service to help patients suffering with neuropathy pain get access to neuromodulation therapy. Technology stacks were developed and implemented to automate lead nurturing, communications, and reminders making sure no patients slip through the cracks through the patient journey. By mid 2023, The Macallan Group Neuropathy Pain Program has grown to become a national program.

In February 2017, Rowe Plastic Surgery (RPS), a Manhattan-based plastic surgery group with two providers and two locations, partnered with The Macallan Group to fuel its growth through an aggressive direct-to-consumer marketing campaign. The strategy began with video ads aired on social media and top TV networks, quickly driving qualified leads and new patients. By June 2019, RPS opened new offices in New Jersey and Long Island, and continued high-performing campaigns resulted in expanded operations and marketing budgets. The introduction of billboard advertising, paired with a memorable vanity phone number, further boosted awareness. Throughout 2020-2023, RPS scaled rapidly, hiring new surgeons, opening additional offices across the tri-state area and Palm Beach, FL, and surpassing 30% annual growth. The Macallan Group supported this expansion with digital marketing, TV ads, billboards, and a custom lead management system, leading to record-breaking patient numbers and procedures performed by 2023.
